In 2017 the non-profit-foundation „Mittelstand – Gesellschaft – Verantwortung“ was founded. The foundation aims at supporting a responsible work environment in a democratic society.

Founders are institutions as well as private persons – all of them partners of the Offensive Mittelstand. The foundation „Mittelstand – Gesellschaft – Verantwortung” supports SMEs in:

• Health and (accident) prevention
• Diversity, equal opportunities, equality in general
• Learning, education, vocational training
• Helpful science and research
